Occhi blu en Cuevana. A lone robber riding a maxi scooter, each time looking different, robs one bank and jewelry store after another, always managing to slip away through the streets of Rome. To solve the case, Commissioner Murena asks for help from a friend in Paris, known as the Frenchman, a former commissioner with a keen instinct. The solution will be surprising.
